As the

Pricing & Programming Manager , you will define the Variable Marketing strategy for new and existing New Holland Agriculture product offerings. Coordinate Pricing strategy working with Product marketing, Central Pricing, and Finance. In this role, you will use your financial and analytical skills to establish the strategy that will extend across product segments at a global level.

Responsibilities

Provide thought leadership for improvements in automation, efficiency, and standard analysis of competitive position in the market.

Develop and use outstanding data and trends, competitive insights to assess and develop pricing, retail, and wholesale program recommendations.

Define the program strategy for all current and future New Holland product offerings aligned with how customers perceive value and purchase equipment while maintaining margin commitments.

Responsible for New Holland North America Agriculture variable marketing budgeting and forecasting.

Partner with Capital, Engineering, Finance, Product, and Commercial Marketing to determine go-to-market strategies regarding pricing and variable marketing.

Engage, develop, and empower analysts to implement pricing & retail program strategy. Develop the team to perform day-to-day assessments of all pricing & program inquiries from sales and marketing through clear expectations, meaningful feedback, and mentoring for outstanding success.

Responsible for ensuring documentation and adherence to applicable SOX and Delegation of Authority requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or similar.

8+ years of experience in a pricing strategy or similar financial role with a demonstrated ability to translate quantitative analysis into a sound business recommendation.

Positive relationship-building skills, and execution of sophisticated, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Experience with SAP preferred.

This position pays $125,000 - $170,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.)
