Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Contracts Manager.Responsibilities including, but not limited to:Partner with Clinical Operations study team members to review draft protocols/protocol amendments to create site budget template on behalf of Clinical Operations.Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned clinical contracts and site budgets.Draft, issue, negotiate and finalize a variety of clinical agreements in collaboration with Legal utilizing contracting processes.Analysis of Fair Market Value (FMV) supporting budget development, negotiation, and documentation.Responsible for managing assigned clinical trial site(s) associated budgets and timelines.Liaise with Clinical Operations study teams, Legal, and other functional groups on clinical agreements as appropriate.Tracking progress of contract and budget activity reports, providing status updates to internal and external parties, compiling and analyzing contract data, and maintaining historical contract information.Participate in initiatives and/or special projects, as assigned.Technical Requirements & Skills:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required, >6 years’ experience (including >2 years in clinical and drug development); previous experience in the clinical trial site and budget experience at a sponsor or CRO.Persons without a formal degree who have comparable depth and breadth of training and experience and who meet job-specific criteria are eligible for consideration.Working knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice guidelines.Experience with international trials is preferred.Excellent planning and organizational skills.Able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Must be self-motivated and able to work on problems of moderate scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.Flexible and solution focused.Strong customer focus.PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range:

$45-53/hr*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits:
