At Swissport, we are driven by our core values of Show You Care, Do the Right Things and Win as a Team, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals, who align with these values, to join our team at various locations across the globe.Job SummaryThe Cabin Cleaning Lead efficiently and profitably manages and directs the Cabin Service Department by providing a quality product over a range of cleaning services to its customer base.The expected pay rate is $20.21/hr.Your activitiesParticipates in budget preparationResponsible for resource planning e.g., proper scheduling, equipment, suppliesMaintain a high quality standard of aircraft cleaning operationMaintain healthy business relationship with customersSupervise and monitor performance and quality of service provided by staff on a regular basisEmphasize all aspects of safety on the job (e.g., correct operation of equipment, and housekeeping)Ensure all records are maintainedEnsure proper handling of international garbage as required by the company, carrier and the Department of AgricultureComply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirementsPerforms all cleaning duties if requiredComply with Swissport SOPs and policiesAlso other duties as assignedYour profileAbility to read and writeValid Driver's LicenseMust be able to follow instructions and work safely within limited time framesAbility to work in inclement weatherAbility to work under pressureAbility to work flexible hoursProject a smart able attitude to our customers through high standards in work practicesAt Swissport, we believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and the power of our values to drive our success.
