Job OverviewStudio Project ManagerLiquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Canada Dry, and Schweppes. Our mission is to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.We are seeking a proven Studio Project Manager to help lead Liquid Sunshine through an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence. The position reports into the Head of Studio for KDP and is based in the Frisco, TX or Burlington, MA area.If you’re an ambitious, high energy, confident, and an inspiring leader who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, read on…WHAT YOU’LL DO:Assess and manage end-to-end creative process for studio team, beginning with kickoff and assignment of creative resources by project type.Ensure work is on track to be completed according to plan and scope adjustments are documented and communicated.Anticipate obstacles and mitigate risk within the project workflow.Establish schedules and manage milestones, including project kickoffs, internal creative reviews and handoffs between internal and external partners.Assist with project scoping, leveling, and costs upfront; anticipate and respond to shifts in priorities, tasks, resources and/or requirements on an on-going basis.Utilize established agency tools for managing workflow, timetables, scopes and budgets.Collaborate with Creative and Account management to assign resources to new projects and document and track progress.Work closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure responsibilities are being transferred seamlessly from Project Management to Producers, when appropriate.Ensure risks are mitigated and properly communicated and escalated across the organization.Ensure high performance results of your team by:Fostering a culture of trust and wellbeing that prioritizes the team and values employee contributions.Driving a shared vision with clear goals and accountability, supported by regular conversations to maximize talent.Embracing diverse perspectives to foster innovation, learning from both successes and failures.Establishing a safe environment where team members are motivated, heard, and aligned with clear expectations.RequirementsWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:Requires a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in project management, production, operations and/or related field.3 years technical expertise and knowledge of production capabilities and shooting guidelines across a wide range of deliverables and outputs.Skilled problem solver, detail oriented, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.The optimism to think bigger, the curiosity to dig deeper, and the passion to do better.The gravitas, emotional intelligence, and intellectual firepower to persuade senior stakeholders to embrace innovative, highly engaging, and sometimes risky work.The conviction and willingness to fight for groundbreaking ideas when persuasion fails.An entrepreneurial spirit, a strong work ethic, and a bold approach to problem-solving.Determination, courage, and ingenuity in the face of obstacles, deadlines, ambiguity, and healthy conflict.An infatuation with beverages, a love of brands, and a lifelong affair with all things creative.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Company OverviewKeurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a modern beverage company with a bold vision built to deliver growth and opportunity.
