Paid vacation and 15 paid holidays, including shutdown in summer and winterReferral Bonus programPPE provided.Career Advancement and Development OpportunitiesJoin S&C as a Process Maintenance Technician!As a Process Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:Knowledge:Excellent knowledge and understanding of required safety and environmental practices and proceduresWorks productively and effectively in a team environment and within Cross-Department activitiesHas a broad and thorough understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, PLC ladder logic, chemical schematics, as well as other available machine toolsUnderstands complex mechanical assembly drawings and the use of mathematics, engineering formulas, and other engineering data/calculations used to implement functional problem resolutions/solutionsHas a thorough knowledge of HedRich and Vogal production equipment operation, maintenance, and supportProficiency:Successfully meets safety, productivity, and quality expectations for all regularly performed workDemonstrate the ability to effectively troubleshoot and problem solve for major equipment/system issuesTakes lead on troubleshooting, problem solving, repairs & project work for assigned equipment/systemsSuccessfully completes all required PM tasks as required to maintain defined reliability targetsDemonstrates excellent flexibility and resourcefulness on assignments, with customer-centered executionAccepts and completes any task requested by leadership, including any task not connected to this work elementQuality:Ability to recognize equipment or tooling defects that may affect product runAbility to inspect fittings and water lines for wear that may affect product runPerforms the work in accordance with manufacturer’s specificationsPerforms the work in accordance with engineering drawingsPerforms the work in accordance with all applicable codes and standardsEquipment & Tools:Multimeter, thermal probe, vacuum gaugeForklift, man lift certification if requiredVarious hand tools and power toolsPersonnel and burden carriersOverhead cranes and lifting/rigging devicesS&C Electric is committed to equal-opportunity employment.
