This position is responsible for leading the Quality Assurance team and ensuring compliance with AS9100, FAA Part 21, FAA Part 145, and customer-specific standards. You will assist the Director of Quality Assurance, coordinate audits, manage corrective measures, and collaborate with suppliers to uphold stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the Quality Assurance department, ensuring alignment with AS9100 regulations.

Drive process improvements, conduct audits, and handle corrective action initiatives.

Track internal performance metrics and customer scorecards.

Oversee the calibration of inspection tools and manage the department's quality systems.

Work directly with customer quality representatives and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with FAA and EASA repair station regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance within a manufacturing setting, including 2 years in a leadership role.

Knowledge of AS9100, FAA regulations, and various inspection tools.

Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical abilities.

Other Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen or hold permanent residency.

Ability to travel up to 5%.

Must pass FAA Drug & Alcohol screening.
