Together, we are building a better tomorrow for our customers, partners and communities.Position Overview:This position exists to ensure that product management understands and provides what is needed to satisfy the needs of key retailer accounts in order for these to reach their goals, and for SEA to reach our goals as a consequence.Role And Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:Product Management would be working on Product Launch, Merchandising of products for their series (Micro LED/Neo QLED, OLED, QLED, UHD/FHD)Product Management manages the P&L, Pricing and Promotional strategy of all models within their series as well as communication with SEC/RPM Teams on business strategies/objectivesChannel Management will be collaborating with other business groups (Sales, SCM, Finance, other PMs) to drive success for the overall business of their respective channels/accounts. This includes CPFR, sell-out management, program management and execution of all programs/marketing activities.Channel Operations would own ATS/Aging, Bottoms Up consolidation, Key Commercial Moments, OTT negotiations and all operational activities. Both Channel & Product Marketing would also need to ensure that communication among the teams are aligned upon and not program/pricing/product information can be communicated thru the channel/others without alignment from Product Marketing.For key Mass and Online accounts, Channel Management will conduct the everyday communication with Sales to ensure alignment on the business / marketing strategy and tactics, and to support the accounts in achieving their business goals; the Channel Manager will collaborate with other CMs and with PMs to minimize channel conflict while driving accounts to success.Channel Management will represent Product Marketing in weekly / biweekly meetings with the buyers, in QBRs, and in other customer-facing meetings and events that are held with each of the accounts in charge.Channel Management will conduct the Weekly cross-functional Sales/SCM Meetings, in which the U.S. overall and account-based TV business is reviewed, ensuring all the important topics are addressed.Skills And Qualifications

Background/Experience Required:Minimum 6 years related experience with Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree with 3 years of experienceSales Analysis – Analyzes sales forecasts and monitors sales and marketing investments as needed for maintaining accurate target plans (TP) and inventory balance and for achieving business P&L goals. Publishes weekly sales reports to the cross functional team.Product Management – Develop plans of the lifecycle of their respective product categories / portfolio activities and initiatives from product development, new product launches, competitive landscapes, SKU rationalization, and promotional activities.Go to Market – Supports and coordinates all new product launch activities that contribute to the achievement of new product target volume and profit objectives, and collaborates with Demand Generation and Sales teams in developing launch schedules.Inventory management – Collaborates with operations, sales, and supply chain on end-of-life (EOL) product schedules and strategies to minimize aging product inventory and to build counter-strategies to resolve remnant material challenges.Understanding of retail partners & channel strategy, preferably in the small appliance/CPG space.Ability to build strong work relationships with cross-functional teams, especially with Sales teams.Advanced knowledge of MS office; Expert with PowerPoint.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with high attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
