Responsibilities:Responsible for orchestrating the strategic planning and execution of projects to align with organizational goals and contractual obligations.Lead a multidisciplinary team of IT and cybersecurity professionals, guiding them towards meeting project deliverables and milestones while fostering an environment of continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.Foster continuous engagement with ANG leadership to ensure efforts and resources are aligned to mission priorities.Requirements:Active DoD Secret Clearance10 YOE in IT Operations and/or Cybersecurity.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.Mix of managerial, operational, and technical skills desired.Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are preferred.Leadership, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for effective leadership and direction of personnel and collaboration with the customer.Work Location:
