Study goals are to train community health workers to deliver behavioral counseling in a primary care setting to reduce substance use and to improve mental health in Spanish and in English.The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day study operations of this hybrid study which combines a randomized effectiveness trial with a study of implementation feasibility, across different sites. There is travel required within the state.
