Residential Director

to join our team of dedicated professionals.

This role requires a full background check including fingerprint, drug screen, and employment verification.Position Summary:

The Residential Director assists CEO/Director of Operations to provide for management and operation of residential facilities for referred youth by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assists to plan, direct, and delegate responsibilities to subordinates as necessary.Assists to administer budget, financial capital projects, long-range objectives, programming development, and all staff requirements.Assists to administer policies and procedures of organization to meet and comply with regulatory agencies on required periodic basis.Monitors daily operations of facility via on-site supervision and delegation of duties to facility staff.Assists to prepare periodic reports of facility operation and maintains facility records.Assists to develop and implement specific programs, in accordance with organization's policies, to benefit the residents/students.This opportunity provides the following:Challenging and rewarding work environmentGrowth and development opportunities within UHS and its subsidiariesCompetitive CompensationExcellent Medical, Dental, Vision and Prescription Drug Plan401k plan with company matchGenerous Paid Time OffFree mealsQualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5 years of related experience required.Must be at least 21 years of age.EEO StatementAll UHS subsidiaries are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
