Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations, reducing costs and improving service levelsCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and componentsMonitor inventory levels and implement inventory control systems to avoid stockouts or overstockingEstablish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable termsAnalyze supply chain data and performance, identifying areas for improvement and efficiencyOversee the planning and execution of inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distributionImplement best practices in warehousing, including inventory tracking, storage optimization, and order fulfilmentManage and mentor a team of logistics coordinators, supply chain analysts, and warehouse staffYour profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in supply chain management and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environmentStrong understanding of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and inventory managementExcellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex supply chain dataStrong leadership and team management experienceProficiency with supply chain management software and logistics management systemsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressureExcellent communication and negotiation skillsOur offer
