Floor Leaders serve as product and operational experts, driving sales while ensuring an excellent customer experience. They act as product and brand ambassadors for Skechers.Compensation InformationStarting Rate: $18.03Range is: $18.03-$19.13Main ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and advising them on Skechers’ products.Execute detailed stock and product management routines; merchandising, stocking, and cleaning – whatever it takes to create a premier shopping experience for the customer.Help train store employees on product knowledge and visual marketing standards.Keep an overview of daily operations and troubleshoot any concerns with store management.May be responsible for the opening and closing of the store as needed.Skills, Qualifications and ExperienceAbility and desire to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.Enjoys solving problems, acts with a sense of urgency.Comfortable communicating with all levels of the store team.Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.Equal Employment OpportunitySkechers is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
