Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 5.00 pmKey purpose of role:To be the lead host that supervises a small team of individuals providing a warm and approachable daytime workplace service, ensuring a seamless, clean, and tidy workspace and assisting the clients' teams to achieve an exclusive and friendly work environment. To be an ambassador of the facilities team and coordinate and facilitate activities within the client's office spaces.Leading a small team of Hosts to:Deliver a consistent high level of satisfaction to our client teams by paying attention to detail in the workplace touchpoints.Build effective relationships with the client and the landlords' teams to create a great placemaking ethos.Ensure a safe working environment in line with H&S standards.Ensure the clients' workspace runs and operates smoothly and cohesively throughout.Experience:Proficient in the use of required Microsoft Office products.Relevant hospitality and customer-focused service delivery experience.Excellent communication skills with all levels of client seniority.Good understanding of H&S requirements within the office workspace.Apply Today!Ref. 10047716
