Job SummaryReporting to the President and CEO, the Chief Supply Chain Officer will create end to end supply chain strategies, including sourcing, procuring, planning and distribution for the global brand. This will be a key member of the senior leadership team providing a strategy to mitigate distribution costs and increase revenue.

The Chief Supply Chain Officer will recruit, develop, motivate and lead a multi-disciplinary team which includes domestic and international supply chain, exports, procurement, purchasing and distribution.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate supply chain strategies, goals and tactics that lead to a world-class supply chain function that improves efficiencies, provides great service and reduces costs while creating additional revenue streams.Provide executive leadership for domestic and international supply chains, exports, purchasing and distribution.Work collaboratively with various internal departments at the Corporate office and in the field.Work collaboratively with Chief Operating Officer to allow chain to continue its leadership in price and cutting-edge convenience in the QSR industry.Work collaboratively with Chief Development Officer by ensuring supply chain supports global store growth goals.Negotiate contracts, oversee and direct all third-party international suppliers and distributors to ensure world-class supply chain services. This may include local sourcing of food, equipment and other items.Global travel to and within regions as required to fully understand market dynamics. The ability to maintain required visas, passports and other travel documentation.Pu&L responsibility for U.S. distribution and international supply chain (Mexico, Canada, international, exports).Ensure supply chain function supports our global value and brand positioning by minimizing store level food costs.Cultivate relationships and network with the franchisee community.Contribute as a senior leadership team member to the overall strategy of the business and take on any tasks or assignments requested by the CEO.Minimum Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.Minimum of twenty (20) years of combined experience in international and domestic distribution/supply chain field. This experience includes building strategy and establishing new business opportunities, with demonstrated ability to build, supervise and motivate teams to reach objectives.Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in an executive supply chain position, preferably in the QSR industry.Previous supply chain experience required. Must have hands on experience with distribution, purchasing, negotiations, procurement, finance and business practices in a multinational environment.Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills.Demonstrated expertise related to domestic and international regulations and compliance requirements that impact food enterprises.Proven ability to comprehend, analyze, and negotiate contracts.Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills.Ability and willingness to travel extensively, domestically and internationally as required and adhere to the LCE travel policy. The ability to maintain required visas, passports and other travel documentation.No other employment or contract restrictions resulting from an existing confidentiality and/or non-competition agreement. Ability and willingness to sign a confidentiality and non-competition agreement from Little Caesars.Preferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMaster’s degree in related field.QSR experience.Multi-lingual and multicultural capabilities preferred.Working ConditionsWorks in a normal office environment where there is no physical discomfort due to temperature, noise, dust and the like when not traveling. May experience uncomfortable conditions while traveling domestically and internationally.Ability and willingness to travel by plane or other travel accommodations as needed.
