Responsibilities include:Place facultative reinsurance for natural resources property risks.Analyze natural resources risks (Power, Construction, Onshore Energy, Renewables, and Property) for reinsurance services.Direct new facultative broking production.Evaluate reinsurance placements, structures, and pricing to develop facultative reinsurance solutions.Oversee all steps within the placement process, including internal management systems.Identify client and prospect needs and oversee the development of reinsurance solutions.Analyze global risks and produce submission documents and data on risks for prospective markets/underwriters.Establish relationships with reinsurance partners.Serve as a lead broker in the onshore power industry practice and facultative broking business.Advise on capital choices for reinsurance services that support and improve operational effectiveness.Develop new business sales and development plans for identified targeted prospects and existing clients.Recruit and train new and existing talent.May travel up to 25% of time to various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
