This position offers an excellent opportunity for both new and experienced attorneys to handle a large caseload under the guidance of the managing attorney. The role provides comprehensive training, but candidates with demonstrated interest or experience in personal injury law are preferred.Location:
Los Angeles, CADuties:Assist the managing attorney in handling a large caseload of personal injury pre-litigation matters.Support in the preparation and management of personal injury cases, ensuring timely progression.Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather necessary information and documentation.Draft legal correspondence and documents relevant to pre-litigation processes.Participate in settlement negotiations under supervision.Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines are met.Requirements:Admission to the State Bar (California).Interest in or experience with personal injury law preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with the managing attorney and legal staff.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active license to practice law in California.Skills:Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills.Proficiency in managing client communications and case documentation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of cases.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Salary and Benefits:Base salary starting at $100,000 (depending on experience).Commission and bonus opportunities.401(k) with matching.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Health savings account (HSA).Paid time off (PTO).Paid parking.
