We are currently searching for an Associate Human Resources Business Partner
to align business objectives in partnership with our Garland, Utah, Distribution Center Human Resource team. Reporting to our Director of Human Resources, this position is designed to be exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and will involve a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training.
A day on the job looks like this:
Partner with HR team on tactical implementation and execution of department and business requests
Provide frontline support for responding to employee inquiries and guiding managers through employee-related issues
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Work closely with the Director of HR to support HR initiatives and strategic planning
Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success
Engage in talent reviews and the performance management process
Advise managers regarding appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
Coordinate with on-site leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure staffing levels are maintained
Maintain HRIS records for all distribution employees
Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
Execute reporting and analytics on people-related metrics
Regularly spend time on the warehouse floor to ensure availability to employees
Jump into time-sensitive projects to support business needs
Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
5+ years of experience
Proven experience in an Associate Human Resources Business Partner role
Ability to work on-site at our Garland, Utah, distribution center
Self-motivated and able to work in an autonomous yet collaborative environment
Demonstrated customer service focus and ability to build relationships
Enthusiasm for curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
Highly organized, attention to detail, and excellent follow-through required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
