Senior Consultants

who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues to clarify requirements and support delivery of effective solutions; applying technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies; developing and strengthening domain knowledge and maintaining an accurate understanding of Cognizant's industry propositions and consulting capabilities; supporting business development activities of senior leaders; contributing to the development of practice initiatives or new service offerings; and being an inspiring colleague, promoting team motivation, partnership, and ownership for projects.ResponsibilitiesBased on experience, support or own and manage one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines;Partner with clients and project stakeholders and apply technical and domain expertise to solve core client business challenges or inefficiencies;Ensure accurate understanding of a client's business challenges and their optimum alignment to engagements delivering Cognizant solutions;Collaborate with and influence Cognizant project resources on behalf of project goals and ultimately client delight;Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership and participating in professional organizations;Participate in PeopleCare activities; Mentor and support less experienced Consultants for the benefit of the practice.Qualifications9+ years working in technology, consulting, professional services, or solution development within WorkdayBachelor's degree in a relevant business or technical discipline; work-in-progress on a Masters or MBABroad understanding of core business processes, technology challenges, and technical/business solutions associated with an industryWorkday Pro certifications preferredExperience implementing Workday configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levelsExperience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday solutions according to customer requirementsPassion for exceptional customer service and customer collaborationStrong communication skills, both written and oralAbility to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trustGood problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectationsWork AuthorizationCognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.Salary and Other CompensationThe annual salary for this position is between

$81,450 - 129,500

depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
