The

Consultant, Commercial Initiatives

is responsible for supporting key strategic transformation efforts focused on improving the operating and financial performance of the Commercial Bank. The position will collaborate with the Commercial Strategies team, work with senior leaders across every department and line of business of the Commercial Bank, and partner directly with internal shared service providers in order to execute on key initiatives and further ensure the Commercial Bank is responsive to the needs of the broader organization. This position assists with the most complex projects across the Commercial Bank, including the critical transformation of our loan origination process, while assisting with multiple other significant projects that will have a transformational impact on the enterprise. This position will be involved in the largest and most impactful projects in the history of the Commercial Bank for BOK Financial.How You'll Spend Your Time

You will serve as a key resource on Commercial Division and Private Wealth processes, concepts, and questions, related to user interaction and leverage of the nCino platform.You will collaborate with users and teammates to identify training needs and provide input and assistance developing the necessary tools to provide first-class user-lead training and guides.You will leverage Private Wealth and Commercial Division banking knowledge to assess, plan and execute the needed project activities to promote and ensure project success and (ultimately) sustainment.You will assist with the most complex projects across Commercial Division and Private Wealth, including the critical transformation of our loan origination process, while assisting with multiple other significant projects that will positively impact the enterprise.You will collaborate with the Commercial Strategies team, work with senior leaders across every department and line of business of the Commercial Division and Private Wealth Lines of Business, and partner directly with internal shared service providers to execute key initiatives and further ensure the Commercial and Private Wealth initiatives are responsive to the needs of the broader organization.You will share the project vision and keep key stakeholders informed and engaged through effective and timely communications and project updates.You will assist in establishing an effective project control reporting process and manage the expectations of stakeholders.You will influence key stakeholders on key business decisions and change efforts.The following systems will be utilized in this role: Salesforce, nCino, JIRA, Confluence, WalkMe, Microsoft 365 suite.Education & Experience Requirements

The required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline and 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Banking.Solid knowledge of Commercial Bank processes and procedures, in particular the loan origination and/or loan closing process within any of the lines of business.Solid knowledge and understanding of BOKF-related: lending functions; loan analysis and grading; application of general credit policies; loan documentation; and loan policy.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies with demonstrated experience coordinating team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and create a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control.Demonstrated ability to utilize sound business judgement and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes.Advanced knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Self-motivation, discipline, task focus, and a proven record of delivering high-quality results within strict deadlines as well as within budget.Strong organizational skills with ability to persist through ambiguity and move ahead regardless of barriers.Demonstrated ability to partner across disciplines and with cross-functional teams.Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies in order to identify common themes and solutions.Well-developed oral and written communication skills to effectively represent self and BOKF, as well as ability to present complex information and issues in a clear and concise manner.Experience building Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce and/or equivalent report building software.Solid knowledge and understanding of SOQL and JQL.Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
