At least 6 years of Automation lead role.Certified in Automation developer and solution architect is preferred.Possess in-depth knowledge of Automation tools and capabilities to architect efficient and scalable automation solutions.Define KPI and metrics to measure success and impact of automation implementation.Analyze existing processes and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency and accuracy through any of the process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath process mining, Signavio.Provide technical leadership in the implementation of automation projects ensuring best practices and standards are followed by the team.Assist the team in defining the business and functional requirements based on which the team designs the RPA workflows architecture ensuring efficient development and functionality of the BOTs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and customers to understand requirements, align with governance and compliance, and deliver comprehensive automation solutions.Provide support to IT roles within the organization for RPA prerequisites implementation, IT environments setup, installing software, testing, and production cut-over.Strong program management and communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates, and address any concerns.Stay updated on the latest automation tool features, industry best practices, and incorporate them into automation strategy for continuous improvement.Understanding of Gen AI concepts and how to consume them in automation.Preferred to have knowledge of SAP functional modules like MM, SD, PP, etc., and BW, Hana, etc.
