Highly responsible professional work in the administration and oversight of specialized duties involving grants management, as well as implementation, monitoring and evaluation of programmatic quality and performance improvement in a health setting. Duties include analyzing staff professional needs and performance, providing necessary training, writing reports, and related work as needed.Minimum Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources from an accredited college or university.Four (4) years of professional managerial, human resources management in a healthcare environment or performance management in any field.NOTE:

Professional managerial experience is paid experience gained after the receipt of a Bachelor's Degree in a position that required a Bachelor's degree upon entrance. Civil Service reserves the right to determine what is considered to be professional experience.NOTE:

A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in public health, human resources, business, social science, or a closely related field may be substituted for two (2) years of the required experience.A rating of training and experience, weighted 100%.
