Job Description

The Project Manager partners with leaders in sales and human resources consulting to ensure that a project is planned and executed in a manner that meets client and internal expectations. This key role generally involves delivering complex, often multi-solution KF Digital engagements and professional services to a wide variety of global clients. The ideal candidate will have project management experience in the Leadership Development arena.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide program and project management for global transformation initiatives supporting effective delivery of Sales & Service solutions to clients.

Ensure customer satisfaction and professional client interactions through seamless delivery of Korn Ferry Sales & Service solutions.

Manage the execution of large-scale projects, including multiple work-streams; stakeholder management for internal and external project teams.

Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to invoicing and closing.

Create project plans and lead project teams in monitoring costs, schedules, and performance.

Manage project financials, including budget monitoring and invoicing.

Communicate project status to key stakeholders regarding forecasts, completion rates, and variances.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client information, updates, and issue resolution.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, documenting and communicating outcomes/actions.

Manage project scope and client expectations, discussing scope implications for design when required.

Assist internal teams during the sales cycle to scope delivery aspects of projects.

Provide project work direction for the project delivery team.

Work with Sales to identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand business.

Provide quality assurance oversight for projects.

Other duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

5-7 years of experience in project or account management with an understanding of business and effective management practices.

Minimum of three years demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex projects; experience in SaaS or emerging tech environments preferred.

Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience with MS Project and/or SAP is a plus.

Experience in training or consulting firms focused on people performance improvement.

High detail orientation with the ability to see the big picture.

Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional and remote teams at all organizational levels.

Excellent organizational and follow-through skills; able to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks.

Ability to influence people and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks that meet quality standards.

Willingness to adhere to established processes while seeking opportunities to improve them.

Business skills necessary to accurately manage project budgets and ensure accurate invoicing.

Comfort in working with people from diverse backgrounds.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

SALARY RANGE

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00

Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
