Full-Time/RegularAbout the RoleBoston University Enrollment Services Operations seeks a Senior Staff Coordinator. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of essential student records to support central university functions, including undergraduate admissions and financial aid processes. The role processes a high volume of prospective student inquiries, applications and related credentials, and financial aid documents. It also performs scanning and indexing using document imaging software, as well as data entry to the student information system, in accordance with established procedures. The role also performs quality control tasks, verification of accurate data, and troubleshooting.As part of the Enrollment Services Operations team, the Senior Staff Coordinator supports Admissions, Financial Assistance, and other key departments within Enrollment & Student Administration. This role reports to the Data Entry Supervisor.Primary Duties:Serving as a point contact for temporary staff and student employees.Processing documents on document imaging system and mainframe.Accurate and timely validation, data entry and regular updating of a wide variety and high volume of documents onto the University's mainframe and document imaging systems.About the OrganizationBoston University Enrollment Service Operations is part of the Enrollment & Student Administration unit (ENSA).
