This job is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards of products produced. Responsibilities include production paperwork verification; production floor checks; performing GMP and housekeeping audits; and food safety training for team members. Work activities are variable and require judgment to complete tasks such as setting priorities and evaluating results.RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure compliance with quality standards for produced products.Verify production paperwork and conduct production floor checks.Perform GMP and housekeeping audits.Train team members on food safety.Engage in varied work activities requiring judgment.Coordinate with others to achieve objectives.Supervise a small group of personnel performing similar tasks.REQUIREMENTS:EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.EXPERIENCE:

2 plus years in a food manufacturing environment; production of soups, sauces, or toppings preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. HACCP certified preferred; must have broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs.COMPUTER SKILLS:

Basic computer skills for creating simple queries, spreadsheets, etc. SAP knowledge preferred.COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; bilingual a plus.SUPERVISORY:

This position is responsible for supervising a small group of personnel who perform somewhat similar tasks.Must reside in the United States. No sponsorship eligible for position.Relocation Assistance Eligible:
