Lead Commissary Driver Overview:The Commissary Driver Lead is responsible for the operational oversight of the Commissary Drivers resupplying aircraft. This position will be responsible for allocating drivers' assignments as well as ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Essential roles and responsibilities of a Lead Commissary Driver:

Direct and coordinate the timely loading and unloading of supplies for in-air service to aircrafts

Allocate driver assignments while ensuring compliance with safety standards

Deliver food and beverage as well as essential supplies to aircraft in an efficient manner

Ability to service International and domestic charter and scheduled flights

Troubleshoot any interruption to normally scheduled and charter gate sheets

Implement organizational objectives as dictated by management

Communicate with multiple departments to increase efficiencies

Any other duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

1 Year of relevant work experience

18+ years old with high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to anticipate needs of coworkers and passengers in a fast-paced environment

Must have the ability to work flexible work hours including availability to work holidays and weekends

Applicants must be able to pass a mandatory drug screening, complete a ten-year background and security check, hold a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Preferred Skills:

Prior airline experience

Prior lead experience
