We are looking for an all-source intel analyst to join our team at USSPACECOM J2/JIOC in the Colorado Springs area. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, enjoys conducting research, and takes the initiative to discover new focus areas for more in-depth analysis.Responsibilities
Conducts research and analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.Structures analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. Engages and follows through with analysis and production requirements.Collaborates and works with DEFSMAC and NASIC on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.Develops concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence. Contributes PowerPoint inputs for senior leader briefings.Salary ranges from $90,000 to $94,000.Required Qualifications
TS/SCI with CI poly, or willingness to obtain a CI poly if not currently in possession of one.Three years of all-source intelligence experience and a bachelor's degree or seven years of experience without a bachelor's degree.Successful completion of Pre-Employment Background Investigation required.Preferred Qualifications
Desired Experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Desired Education: Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Experience/familiarity with DIA production guidelines and dissemination processes.Experience/familiarity with USSPACECOM or components and the space mission.Company EEO Statement
