We are looking for a highly accomplished, results-driven individual to join our Consulting (sub) Practice.Your roleThe role will focus on digital business processes, advising on business strategies, operational improvements, and technological innovations. This role requires expertise in digital transformation in Energy and Utilities, focusing on operations and business process automation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and drive a digital business process capability and Centre of Excellence (CoE).Collaborate with consulting and automation advisory teams to implement automation strategies.Work with industry leaders and stakeholders to develop practice capabilities.Identify opportunities for automation technologies to streamline operations.Provide guidance on the adoption of AI and other emerging technologies.Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.Drive new business across existing accounts and new clients.Develop a team and mentor junior members.Create business cases for automation technologies.Understand training and change management requirements.Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.Skills and Experience:Master's degree in business administration, data analytics, or IT/science.Experience in consultancy focusing on Digital Transformation.Track record of implementing successful digital transformation in Energy and Utilities.Understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in the industry.Experience in process excellence methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to produce high-quality deliverables.Results-oriented and able to manage challenges.Confident in high-ambiguity environments.Diversity and Inclusion at CognizantAt Cognizant, we believe diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our success.
