Lead Superintendent

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process for multi-family projects from start to finish. This role ensures that all work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage all on-site construction activities, coordinates with subcontractors, and ensures effective communication between the project team and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all phases of construction project.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure efficient workflow.Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Inspect work for quality control, addressing any issues or deviations from plans.Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders regularly.Lead and mentor on-site construction teams to maintain high-performance standards.Manage project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the construction process.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction or a similar role.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools.Attention to detail.
