We provide unparalleled capabilities with our lab analysis, sample management and storage services, informatics software, and consumables, with the largest installed base managing over 1 billion samples globally.What You Will DoResponsible for the Lab Technician II tasksAssist with ordering and receive suppliesAssemble and review QA documentation of buffers and related reagentsAbility to perform routine maintenance on key equipment independently.Work with other scientists, supervisors, and Functional Groups to ensure on-time delivery.Lead/manage Lab Technicians by delegating tasks and reviewing performanceAssist with extra responsibilities when the Leadership is away from the officeAdditional responsibilities as assignedWhat You Will BringAAS Degree or equivalent lab work experience requiredBS Degree preferredExperience with overseeing a project and delegating tasks to a team required2+ years of lab work experience preferredKnowledge interpreting dataExcellent interpersonal skills; both verbal and written are essentialClosely follow Standard Operating Protocol (SOP)Must be able to work all shiftsBe an effective team-player committed to company goalsAbility to react to situations with a “sense of urgency” and responsibilityEOE M/F/Disabled/VET
