Continuously develop and train Team Members through daily coachingCoach and develop Team Members in a positive wayEnsure that all Team Members provide excellent hospitalityHelp cover shifts as neededServe as a liaison between FOH and Kitchen team through partnership with Kitchen Manager/Culinary LeadLead by example in product quality, consistency of execution, speed of service, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and customer serviceUtilize and maintain operational documents when needed for FOH and BOHResponsible for proper sanitation standards, correcting bad practices and rewarding good behaviorsWhat We Offer:
