JOB SUMMARY:

Key position within the company’s finance and accounting organization, responsible for the overall enterprise consolidation process and review of inter-company transactions and eliminations, corporate consolidations accounting, consolidated general ledger and ownership of the consolidated trial balance.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulationsLead and manage the global monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with the Company’s internal control and disclosure control proceduresPrepare monthly consolidating and eliminating journal entriesManages the reconciliation of inter-company and inter-segment transactionsServe as the primary point of contact for the company’s EPM solution, supporting the Corporate Controller and other functional leaders through the provision of various financial outputsManage the consolidation framework, including maintaining the integrity of the global chart of accounts and related mapping between multiple ERP’s and the EPM solutionEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards and internal policiesManage multi-currency transactions and financial reporting, leveraging experience with multiple currencies and ERP systemsLiaise with the SEC Reporting team to implement accounting practices related to new accounting pronouncements or SEC reporting requirementsParticipates in the development of software applications/processes implemented for both the operational business support and Finance functional supportEDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited four-year college or university4+ years experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting, SEC experience a plusExperience in the energy industry, including oilfield services is a plusExperience in a multi-location manufacturing environment and international accounting/reportingCERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

CPA or equivalent preferredJOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:Strong project manager who can effectively coordinate the monthly financial consolidation process across domestic and international operations, providing directives throughout the entire financial reporting processStrong technical skills including knowledge of U.S. GAAP and understanding of financial statements mechanicsExperience and familiarity with areas of revaluation, translation, multi-currency consolidations and financials reportingUnderstanding of Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulationsPrior experience with consolidation software (Hyperion or OneStream)Specialized (Advanced) Computer Skills: Intermediate MS Office proficiency, especially Excel (including charts, pivot/lookup tables)Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to travelSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
