Provide proficient administrative and secretarial support to managers/professionals.Assist GM and management team with administrative requests, scheduling, and planning.Handle clerical tasks and some receptionist responsibilities.Review outgoing materials for consistency and conformance with procedures.Determine appropriate handling of requests and inquiries.Obtain information for routine inquiries on department programs or reports.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1 year experience.Knowledge of department equipment and software (PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to communicate effectively in English.Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Understanding of proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.Basic knowledge of company structure and policies.High level of confidentiality and professional demeanor.How To Apply
