www.crisis24.garda.comAs the Crisis Management Lead, you will be responsible for planning and implementing the response to a major threat to a business, such as a natural disaster, active attackers, & other significant business disruptions. Identify risks, prepare contingency and recovery plans, and manage resources during the crisis. Preferred locations for this role are Menlo Park, Denver, or New York City, but other locations may be considered. This role will report directly to the Sr. Manager of Global Security & Technology, not the GSOC Program Manager.What you'll do day-to-day:Lead & oversee client Crisis Management Program, partnering with internal & external stakeholdersDevelop, edit, & finalize client Crisis Management Plan, emergency action/response plans, and incident response plansPartner with client Enterprise Resilience team to align on crisis responseEstablish & maintain Crisis Response Team, provide training & education to stakeholders, roles & responsibilities documentation, tabletop exercises, etc.Manage Physical Security crisis events and ensure appropriate actions are carried outBuild & train on Physical Security's training programs strategy, including tabletop exercises for Crisis Response Team, incident response trainings for Physical Security team, Executive Protection training support, & Floor Warden trainingsConduct & report on a Crisis Management/Physical Security incident response Business Impact Assessment (BIA)Establish internal & external communication strategies with internal communications, public relations, and other communication teamsIdentify, prioritize and implement crisis management program enhancements and expansion across the sites and regionsManage program development and growth through metrics and reportingQualifications:5+ years experience with Crisis Management, corporate Physical Security program management, Emergency Readiness/Management, ResiliencyBachelor's Degree in Crisis Management or related fieldCertifications/Training Preferred:IS-700 NIMS, An IntroductionIS-200 ICS for Single Resource and Initial Action IncidentsICS-300 Intermediate ICS for Expanding IncidentsICS-400 Advanced Incident CommandKnowledgeable and experienced in crisis management best practices in a Physical Security environment. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while still meeting deliverables. Skilled program manager overseeing multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
