We are currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our team in REMOTE, Kentucky (US-KY), United States.
Job Description:The Sr. Project Manager will support a paging tool implementation for our client. You will be implementing xMatters/Everbridge and decommissioning the old tool. This role will require a seasoned Sr. Project Manager that can manage multiple work streams, collaborate with project managers on complex programs and work closely with the Program Manager on detailed project status. The ideal candidate will have IT Service Management and ServiceNow experience, as well as agile and waterfall experience.
Project Management Duties:Support the McKesson Delivery Leader through all duties to support the overall execution of the project/initiative.Document scope, timeline, resource plan, and stakeholders.Lead the project team through each phase of the project.Identify and manage all issues and risks on the project; escalate items timely.Ensure that all project tasks and deliverables remain on track and within cost.Manage the project folder and related documentation, ensuring decisions and status updates are captured timely.Communicate and maintain project progress and decisions via meetings and status reports on a regular basis.Establish and manage realistic and committed project schedules.Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders.Establish a project site and organize and maintain project documentation.Track financial spend against budget on third party purchases where needed.Maintain stakeholder list, develop communication plans, and assist with creating communications deliverables.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Facilitate discussions to drive decision making, share information and collect information.Proactively manage change control and communicate impact in project scope.

Must have experience:10+ years of IT project management5+ years of IT service management and ServiceNow experienceExperience at communicating at all levels (team to executive)Understanding of Waterfall methodologyProven working experience in project management through all facets of project lifecycle.Exceptional issue management skills.
Key Preferred Skills:Planview experienceExcellent Communication - oral and written.Ability to lead teams through planned schedules and proactively address issues/risks.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
About NTT DATA:Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $70.00/Hour to $72.00/Hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
