As A Full Time Customer Service Representative You Will:

Meet with customers directly on a daily basis to review available products and services and initiate the sales process

Ensure accurate entry of customer contact information

Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude when working with a variety of customers

Handle all questions and inquiries from new and potential customers face to face

Exceed targets and sales goals by upselling and promoting new products and/or services

Resolve customer issues in a friendly, helpful way

Assist the sales team in acquiring and retaining new customers

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our clients or sales promotions by attending client meetings

This is a full time, in-office position based in Brooklyn, New York. We are looking for candidates that are able to start immediately, so you must be local to the area.
