Professional, supervisory, administrative and technical work over a major centralized functional unit at the Sewerage and Water Board. Work includes planning, assigning and reviewing the work of professional, technical and clerical employees. Work also includes assisting higher level supervisors in establishing and monitoring management controls for assigned operational area and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to Board operations where applicable; and related work as required.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.*Five (5) years of professional administrative experience in procurement. At least two (2) years of this experience must have included supervisory responsibilities.

Professional administrative experience is defined as experience gained in a position that required a bachelor’s degree upon entrance.
