INVENTORY CLERK . Analyze variances between WMS and ERP systems and determine adjustments to the frequency of cycle counts as needed.This position will require the employee to work overtime as needed. Overtime is scheduled based upon individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties, tasks, and responsibilities may differ from the job description.Maintain accurate inventory balances between WMS and ERP – FormWeigh and ERP inventory systems.Administer cycle count program for all Packaging and WIP items.Administer cycle count program for all Ingredients, WIP, and Kits.Inventory corrections for revision regarding package changes (-A to -B); Pre-counts for final runs and clean up final balances after transition.Investigate inventory errors to determine the root cause and make corrections as needed.Handle End-of-run Packaging and WIP materials adjustments in WISE/QAD systems.Physical counts of items used in Pharmaceutical and regular products with large variances as needed.Update the HSMS system with all the Hold Notification Forms from weekly reworks.Assist and backup Inventory Clerk as needed.Other projects as assigned/required.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEMinimum of 1 year of Inventory experience within a manufacturing environment is requiredMust have WMS software experience.
