What You'll Do
Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related servicesExhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivationPreparing reports and proposalsOverseeing field work and report preparationMaintaining and developing a client databaseManaging budgets and preparing invoicesMentoring other staffConducting reviews, coaching, and training as neededMaintaining appropriate staffing levelsPromoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
What We're Looking For
Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferredBachelor’s Degree in area of licensure and expertise6+ years of relevant experience providing consulting services described above, including successful project management responsibilities
