AB_4619334Job Details:The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the Interim Raw Material Ordering Process for the Bottling division. Key responsibilities include managing supplier relationships and acting as the liaison between suppliers, bottling, and key stakeholders to ensure raw material continuity of supply. The position is Hybrid in office 3 days a week (Tues - Thurs).Qualifications:Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, Word, and ExcelIntermediate to advanced analytical skillsDecision making and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skillsChange management and influencing skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyAbility to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting all designated deadlinesInfluencing business stakeholders to add value for the companyMaintains high ethical standards and a positive, professional demeanorSalary:
$25 - $27.21 per hourShift:

8 AM - 5 PMResponsibilities:Manage and support the interim raw material ordering process.Confirm receipt of raw material purchase requisitions to KO.Confirm/monitor KO purchase requisitions conversions to KO purchase orders.Create and submit SAP generated purchase orders to suppliers as needed.Confirm supplier receipt of KO purchase orders and delivery timing.Assist with and communicate delivery delays and/or material shortages to key stakeholders.Monitor and confirm timely completion of good receipts.Manage raw material purchase order changes/discrepancies in SAP.Assist with invoicing and/or defective material issues.Skills:ProcurementRaw MaterialsPurchase OrdersPurchase RequisitionsSAPMicrosoft OfficeYears of Experience:
