Working on the terms & conditions with suppliers to meet business requirement. Drives and participates in the development of system/process improvement of VMI flow and supplier managements across organizational teams. Owns the negotiation of price, capacity, allocation and business terms with suppliers and ensure supply and delivery.As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. Manages group activities related to contracts, vendor/supplier ability to meet specifications, and the purchase of raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, services and supplies. Also manages the compilation and analysis of statistical data, trend and process tracking and record keeping.Responsibilities:Coordinate with MPM, PMT and ODM SCM on all supply related issues to SSD buildPrice and allocation adjustment based on supplier’s performanceVMI enablement with current and potential future suppliersWeekly/daily coordination on forecast requirementStrategic planning and future LT capacity/pricing modelDrive supplier proposals and RFQs. Resolve all commercial queries arising from the quote process and formalize business awards.Negotiate contracts and agreements with IC suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditionsCollaborate with cross functional teams on value engineering projects and cost improvementsRelationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth inventory operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in sourcing, procurement and supply chain management, or related field.5+ years Proven experience of commercial sourcing, vendor management or related filed.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
