Quality Assurance Manager
to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity. ITC will provide the Government with program management and services related to emerging technology solutions including Enterprise Architecture (EA) and data science, application development and management support, training, and enterprise ecosystem support.Responsibilities :Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.Monitors and audits processes, deliverables, and reviews against established standards conducting a continuous analysis of quality defects and deviations.Identifies deficiencies or gaps in quality assurance activities and develops solutions to ensure adequate and robust quality processes.Optimizes processes to comply with existing and new requirements.Location : On-site in Tampa, FLMinimum Requirements:Junior level: 0-3 years relevant experience and a BA/BS degree.Journeyman level: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 10 years of relevant experience.Senior level: 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.Substitutions for education:Associate's Degree plus 4 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.6 years work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.12 years work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.Preferred Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work with teams, but self-motivated to complete projects independently.Ability to work fully on-site with minimal accommodation.Clearance Requirements:Must have at a minimum active DOD Secret, TS/SCI may be required for some positions.Benefits:We offer great benefits – Competitive Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Identity Theft Protection, Legal Resources Coverage, 401(k) with company matching with NO vesting period.
