Supervises and supports an assigned team of sales partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives set by their Sales Leader/Manager. This role focuses on maximizing the sales team's potential in promoting and selling services and solutions to both existing and new customers. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing the sales staff while maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position requires strong negotiation, influencing, and time management skills, along with the ability to build rapport and work autonomously under pressure.Essential Duties

Supervises sales staff (e.g., Account Managers, Business Development Managers, or sales support staff), conducts performance reviews, provides coaching and career development, handles disciplinary actions, and participates in hiring key talent.Administers and executes annual and strategic sales plans for the assigned team.Supports business development and marketing activities for assigned clients or market segments.Meets regularly with key customers to understand needs, gathers performance feedback, and fosters relationship growth.Aligns team opportunities with company capabilities and capacity.Utilizes knowledge of contracts, billing, and legal compliance to build team competencies and serve customer needs.Assists in developing and closing new service agreements.Analyzes internal sales trends and provides reports to leadership for informed decision-making.Maintains and develops relationships with Tier 1 customers and oversees contract renewals.Participates in industry events to enhance business relationships and support marketing efforts.Performs other duties as required.Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.5 years of experience.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Excellent mentoring, coaching, and team management abilities.Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.Strong rapport-building and interpersonal skills.Effective time management and planning skills.Ability to work under pressure and independently.
