While we prefer 1-3 years experience, we are more than willing to provide you with expert training when you join our team!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Participate fully in training and ongoing education opportunities provided to enhance knowledge and to meet requirements for licensing.Work in a safe manner in accordance with state requirements, OSHA policies and procedures, and maintaining and utilizing required safety equipment when performing duties.Use of pesticide equipment to include sprayers, ladders, backpack blowers (up to 60 pounds) in heat and humidity, often through uneven terrain.Utilize excellent communication skills by properly responding to basic customer inquiries/requests and notifying proper management of complaints or issues to ensure timely resolution.Utilize the training provided in order to serve as a problem solver for our customers by inspecting for pest entry points and mosquito habitats.Complete job documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain a clean company vehicle and operate vehicle safely and legally.Ability to be flexible with schedule as needed to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours.Drive company vehicle to client properties in a professional, safe and friendly manner.Requirements:High School graduate / GED preferredValid Driver’s licenseJob requires standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, reaching, handling, pushing, and pullingExtended hours and weekends opportunities possible during peak periodsOne to three years of experience is preferred but not requiredPerks:Paid trainingCompetitive compensationAdditional performance-based bonus and commission opportunitiesHealthy approach to work/life balance availablePaid Holidays- limited numberTypically Monday-Friday, no nightsAbout Us:Our mission is simple: help protect families from pests and the diseases they carry.
