If you’re looking for an exciting career opportunity and a fresh start in a thriving city, now is the perfect time to join our team!Your Role and Responsibilities:Collaborate with project teams to develop, manage, and update BIM (Building Information Modeling) models.Develop and manage detailed 3D models using Revit, ensuring alignment with project standards and goals.Utilize tools like Navisworks to identify and resolve conflicts between building systems, collaborating closely with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams.Coordinate design and construction documentation across multiple disciplines.Support project teams in clash detection, quality control, and project delivery.What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and similar tools.Experience with mechanical piping and/or the semiconductor industry.Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with design and construction teams.A proactive mindset, ready to take on projects with urgency and dedication.Ability to work onsite Monday - Friday.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the construction site for extended periods.Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Frequent bending, stooping, and climbing as needed for site inspections.Exposure to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather.Ability to work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures and weather conditions, as required by the site.Must be comfortable working in construction site environments, which may include exposure to noise, dust, and uneven terrain.Why Work with Us?

The expected compensation range for this posting is $78,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, ZELUS offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, and relocation assistance to Boise, ID. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, overtime eligibility, location, and specific position offered.
