We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO Sr. Manager that sets, maintains, and enforces the practices, policies, and standards for structuring, monitoring, and executing projects within EisnerAmper's Advisory Services Practice. This position involves developing and implementing project management methodologies, standards, and tools to ensure successful project delivery across the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, project managers, and other stakeholders to drive project excellence and achieve strategic business objectives. The goal of the Advisory PMO is to support project owners throughout EisnerAmper’s Advisory practice. What Work You Will be Responsible For:Develop and implement the PMO framework, including governance, processes, methodologies, and tools.Assist in leadership of the PMO team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities.Establish and maintain PMO policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery.Define and promote standardized project management methodologies and best practices and ensure adherence to project management standards and processes across the organization.Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies to align with industry standards and organizational needs.Provide oversight and governance to ensure projects comply with Advisory standards.Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Facilitate project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization of project teams.Collaborate with other service areas to identify and address resource needs and constraints and develop and maintain a project resource management system.Offer support and resources to program managers and teams, including tools, templates, training, and guidance.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and project teams.Facilitate collaboration and alignment among stakeholders to achieve project goals.Conduct regular reviews of project performance and PMO effectiveness.Collaborate effectively across teams and service areas and participate on cross-functional projects as needed.Maintain stakeholder and client relationships.May be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locations.

Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.PMP or similar project management certification required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a PMO.

Preferred/Desired QualificationsProven track record of successfully establishing and managing a PMO.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, strategic and analytical thinking, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Experience in project initiation (through resources and tools), contract monitoring (Scope, Deliverable, Schedule, Invoicing), and cost monitoring and budgeting.Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.

Other Duties:Provides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external parties. Prioritizes and addresses requests and assignments in a professional and cooperative manner.Identifies opportunities and recommends methods to improve service, and work processes. Assists in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.May assist co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service and demonstrating teamwork skills. Actively supports teamwork throughout the organization.Perform other services as assigned.

Other Considerations:May periodically travel and work from different company locations.May be required to work overtime, and/or on weekends as needed.Must arrive at EisnerAmper offices or client locations in a timely manner and be ready to perform job responsibilities.
