DescriptionThe Associate VP, Product Management will lead, manage and direct the overall product strategy for Enclara Pharmacia. This includes all facets of Enclara's digital product offering, including managing the product throughout the technical platform lifecycle, defining the product story, customer requirements, measuring the consumer (nurse/prescriber) experience, and measuring productivity gains the tool provides. This product visionary who, by adding both strategic direction and rigor of sophistication, will offer product management disciplines to the business that will continuously transform patient management and improve the patient experience and care quality. They will act as key innovator and contributor in the ultimate success of the E3, our centralized patient management hub. The AVP, Product Management plays a principal role in supporting and identifying opportunities for new and/or enhanced product capabilities as well as partnerships to transform patient management. In addition to these responsibilities, the AVP, Product Management will be responsible for the priority process of all IT development for Enclara.Responsibilities

To do this, this person will partner with development to establish road maps for all future tools and feature enhancements. The qualified candidate will be fully responsible for managing the development cycle of current and future product enhancements, assuring that milestones are achieved on schedule and delivered at or below budget. The AVP, Product Manager will lead a team of product managers and product owners.Finally, as a senior Humana leader, this person will be responsible for identifying opportunities to utilize Enclara technologies and processes within the broader enterprise. This includes ideation sessions to determine if and how Enclara solutions have applicability elsewhere and following through on those opportunities as needed.Key Responsibilities

Develop multi-year road-map that includes functional requirements, development and resources planning, build plans, product launch and sales and support readiness.Champion and gain consensus for the strategy and roadmap from partner teams through collaboration, documentation and negotiation that effectively influences peers and senior management.Develop user experience goals, stories and requirements that will be used to drive product specifications.Assist with the development of additional functionality.Assess current adoption, utilization patterns and growth opportunities for user penetration.Collaborate with internal and external users, client facing sales and account management.Identify and articulate varied options with data supported by assumptions and risk assessments.Create KPI's and provide routine progress reporting.Learn and maintain proficiency in E3 product use.Champion the user experience, consumer experience design measurement, and productivity improvement measurement in all product development activities.Minimum Requirements

The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree or greaterMinimum of ten years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in the leadership of mobile product managementProven track record as a strategic Product Leader, experienced in taking a product from concept to launch and through adoption, preferably in the healthcare or a related industryExperience in a technology leadership role or interfacing with information technology and development teams, and show an understanding of development methodologies (agile preferred) and processesPeople leadership experience with a history of growing and developing their teamPossess a data and analytically driven approach to building and launching products with a demonstrated strategy for continued pull-through and utilization across the user universeExceptional communication skills, with a proven ability of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customersAbility to lead through influence rather than control, and to collaborate credibly and effectively with leadership and staff across the organizationExperience in healthcare and working with EMRs and interfacing with various operating/technology platforms is a plusScheduled Weekly Hours: 40
