Must Haves:This team supports internal software that moves content from production to distribution.This role is a 50-50 role. 50% PM so needs to have been a TPM and then 50% scrum- needs to have done that as well- will be deep in both areas. Must be independent and able to work independently with little to no direction.Will be running with 2-3 scrum teams of about 20 per team- they are rather large teams and will be managing those ceremonies for those multiple teams.Must be able to lead, coach efficiencies, drive efficiencies in journey and to be as effective as possible with Agile.Must be able to coach teams. Must have solid coaching experience.Must know Jira/Confluence and advanced knowledge of Smartsheets.Must have solid technical knowledge in SDLC.Must have a data driven approach, understanding metrics and efficiencies that should be reported. Must be able to burn down charts. Must be strong in this area.

Strong Soft skills- ability to work well with international dev teams.

Description:This is a position within the Tech Global Program Management Organization. The Scrum Lead / Project Manager will work with Product and various Engineering teams to facilitate and support Agile ceremonies and coach scrum teams on Agile best practices and principles to enable the delivery of high value product increments to our users.Successful candidates must be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to autonomously work on concurrent implementations across matrixed teams both inside and outside the Entertainment & Technology department. They must be capable of clearly communicating schedules, risks, issues, and processes to a variety of business, creative, and technical audiences. They must be able to partner with other project managers and technical leads outside their area to coordinate work, deliverables, and schedules.Lead agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, backlog refinements, retrospectives, and demos for 2-3 teams concurrently.Coach teams on Agile efficiency, support their self-organization and agile methodology knowledge growth.Use data-driven approach, tools and techniques (i.e. Jira native Burndown Charts, Epic Reports, Version Reports) to maintain metrics that provide visibility for the team and use those metrics to identify team needs.Provide support using a servant-leadership style, facilitate discussions and decision making in meetings, and resolve team impediments.Communicate delivery times and scope to other software engineering teams that depend on a timely delivery.Hold functional managers accountable for their teams' deliverables.Identify and manage issues and risks and drive decision making.

Basic Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Scrum Lead role for cross-functional global agile teams.Advanced knowledge of Jira/Confluence supporting agile methodologies.Hands-on experience with the software development life cycle.Desire to learn and take on additional responsibilities as appropriate.Anticipate working with teams on East or West Coast hours, with flexibility to work outside of regular office hours to accommodate important meetings in different time zones.Experience as a Technical Project Manager a plus.
