As a Staff Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing Intuit's Contract data, implementing clean data and Self-Serve Strategies, and playing a major role in the development of Intelligent Automation to enhance user experience and business processes. This role offers a unique chance to explore the comprehensive Source-To-Report spectrum and leverage AI to revolutionize our business models.

What you'll bringAt least 7+ years of experience working in a data analytics roleExperience in contract management, Quickbase, and Quicksight/Amazon Q, SQL, DatabricksStrong computer science skills, especially in languages such as Python, Java, Scala, and/or C++Experience with requirement gathering and process documentationProficient in crafting and implementing custom APIsBeing familiar with AWS Devportal and its various services is crucial for this roleExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts to non-technical teamsKnowledge of artificial intelligence, data science methods, and big data technologiesSelf-starter driven by zeal for innovation, with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to UAT and Hyper careAbility to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional collaborationsExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate and clearly present to senior executivesA bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, or related field; equivalent experience will be consideredPreferred Skills (Not Mandatory)Insight into Procure to Pay, Sourcing, and Supply Chain processesKnowledge of Oracle (eBiz R12)Experience in both front-end and back-end development is highly valuedBusiness Intelligence tool experience (Qlik, QuickSight, etc.)Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or React is beneficialStrong leadership skills and experience with managing and mentoring teamsHow you will leadDevelop a structured and iterative approach to extract, analyze, validate, and communicate data-driven insightsImplement a multi-year Clean Data Strategy to ensure that data is accurate, complete, consistent, unique, and uniform. This includes scrubbing, validation and removing irrelevant data.Developing AI prototypes - You will develop and execute AI-based strategic projects and models to support business goals and objectivesLeveraging cutting-edge techniques and technologies to improve data analysis capabilitiesManage Contracts data in Quickbase by setting up fields and tables, maintaining relationships, and creating/maintaining reportsDevelop an AI-assisted tool for non-technical employees to build ad-hoc reports as part of the Self-Serve Strategy. Expertise in Amazon Q is preferred.Create data parity and quality checks using AWS Dev Portal services such as Glue, Athena, and S3Ensure compliance with Intuit's data privacy and security guidelines while building and implementing AI and automation toolsConduct regular testing, maintenance, and updates of AI applications and systems, ensuring maximum availability and optimal performance
