The Customer Success Manager is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new business to Foodbuy’s GPO program as part of the Member Success team.Responsibilities:Establishes client engagement during onboarding as the single point of contact to ensure a seamless transitionFacilitates planning sessions with each client to understand business needs to create, maintain and execute against a project plan tailored to each clientCollaborates with Foodbuy teams and external suppliers to support a full procurement partnership offeringMaximizes program participation quickly and efficiently until key deliverables are achievedSupports onboarding team efforts and activities for large-scale client needs to ensure all tasks are completedClient Engagement:Eagerness to develop and maintain winning relationships with clients and team membersIdentifies program opportunities and obtains client commitment to action against opportunitiesManages client expectations while maintaining a positive relationship and successful onboarding experienceProject Management:Highly organized, multi-taskerDetail-orientedMaintains project plansManages and prioritizes multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlinesLeads projects to successful outcomes, builds consensus amongst teams, and proactively raises risks/roadblocks for resolution supportEffective communicatorRecognizes and solves problems quicklyResults Driven:Actively drives key performance metricsAbility to run routine reports to evaluate and assess data trendsAnalyzes and interprets performance metrics and financialsAdditional Qualifications:A minimum of 4+ years of client relationship management experience required (preferably within the Hospitality, Foodservice or related industry)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredExcellent communication and presentation skillsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications is required, including heavy utilization of PowerPoint, Excel, and DynamicsAbility to travel intermittentlyExcellent influencing and negotiation skills--proven ability to engage others and handle interactions with individuals or groups to obtain commitment, compromise or settlement in a way that promotes win-win solutions and mutual goals or interestsApply to Foodbuy today!Foodbuy is a member of Compass Group USACompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
