Summer 2025 Project Manager Intern

The OpportunityThe Project Manager Intern is pivotal in providing support to the Lifeline Sectors and the organization at large to enhance project management practices. They will contribute to the development and dissemination of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. By working closely with project teams, they will also assist in ensuring alignment with project management standards and facilitate continuous improvement.What You'll DoCollaborate with Lifeline Sectors and organizational units to understand their project management needs and challenges.Assist in the development and customization of project management processes, templates, and guidelines tailored to specific project requirements.Support project teams in identifying and addressing project risks and issues through proactive risk management practices.Help the team collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and insights to continuously improve project management practices.Support by collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate project management practices into organizational processes and workflows.What We Expect from YouMinimum of 2 years completed towards a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.Experience in project management preferred.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a consultative and collaborative environment.Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.What You Can Expect from UlteigUlteig is a purpose-driven organization that has built a culture focused on people - both our clients and our employees - for over 80 years.
